The lecture provides an overview of T2 asthma, from pathogenesis and biomarkers to clinical characteristics and co-morbidities. The inflammatory circuitry in T2 asthma involving allergy, epithelial dysfunction and T2 immune response and its modulation by viral infections and pollutants is discussed in depth.
