T2 Clinical Phenotypes in the Lung

The lecture provides an overview of T2 asthma, from pathogenesis and biomarkers to clinical characteristics and co-morbidities. The inflammatory circuitry in T2 asthma involving allergy, epithelial dysfunction and T2 immune response and its modulation by viral infections and pollutants is discussed in depth. Three patient cases guide the learner in understanding how to personalize treatment of T2 asthma in the clinic.
