The activities planned by each Working Group (WG), Interest Group (IG), and Integrated Science (IS) are aligned with the strategic plan of EAACI and are organized on a regular basis. Moreover, in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria approved by the Executive Committee (ExCOM) in June 2020, the performance of each WG/IG/IS will be evaluated every 4 years. What we propose in this Task Force (TF) is to create an easy-to-use electronic tool that automates the evaluation process. This tool will have the following features:

• Introduce the information periodically by chairs and secretaries according to the evaluation criteria.
• Perform data analysis (statistics, graphs, etc.) for their evaluation by ExCOM.
• Provide data storage accessible for newly elected chairs and secretaries to have access to the history of their WG/IG/IS in terms of achievements and ongoing projects.

The development of this tool will ensure:

1. Easy access to evaluation criteria by chairs and secretaries.
2. Analyzed and updated information available for ExCom and newly elected boards.
3. Objective data for strategic decision-making.
4. Organized and secure storage of WG/IG/IS activities information.
