The aim of the Task Force is to harmonise the three current most used tables for cross reactivity and safe alternatives in beta lactam allergy. This will be done by identifying discrepancies between these tables, solve differences by means of literature search. The result will help practitioners world wide to choose an alternative betalactam more easily and help combat antibiotic resistance.
