Vaccine responses can be altered by treatment with biological therapies in patients suffering from immune-mediated or allergic diseases. With new biologicals entering the market continuously, it is important to provide current knowledge on how individual biologicals affect vaccine responses, and how vaccination strategies could be adapted accordingly. In general for live and non-live vaccines and esp. in the current pandemic is this topic timely highly relevant.
